Every-other generation has a populist who stands up and says he’s tired of the status quo – a status quo promulgated by parties that our Founding Fathers railed against as factions and destructive to the Country they founded.

This is where things got a bit un-Catholic.
While one may have discerned family life, career, ministry and other “do” and “be” parts of one’s life, Father Albert points out that God is continually telling you how to “do” and “be” them even better – or even when it is time to change or grow in other things He wants you to accomplish for Him. And Father Albert shows how and where God is talking to us!
Edgerton spends eight fairly short chapters debunking that notion, and it made me wonder why it took eight chapters. It seemed pretty obvious by the time I got through the first twenty pages, and I’m not sure I ever needed convincing.
